When you visit our page on Facebook https://www.facebook.com/GrowardGroup or Instagram https://www.instagram.com/explore/tags/growardgroup, we do not process any of your personal data. However, if you initiate real-time communication in Messenger while visiting our Facebook page, we get access to your account's public data, e-mail address and Friends list, but we do not actively process this data or only process it as much as is necessary to maintain the communication initiated by you. Other than those listed above, your data is processed by Meta Platforms Inc. as another data controller in accordance with Facebook's and Instagram‘s terms of use and privacy policies.

  • if the request is submitted by mail or through an authorized person, you must submit a notarized copy of your identity document along with the request;
  • if the request is submitted by electronic means, it must be electronically signed or submitted by e-mail from the e-mail address you have been registered with on our Website.

In case of reasonable doubts regarding the identity of the natural person who submitted the request, the Company has the right to request additional information necessary to confirm your identity (for example, by asking a question about what goods or services you have recently purchased, etc.).

The request must be clear, provide your name and surname, contain the information what rights you wish to exercise and to what extent, and how you would like to receive a response. If you submit your request electronically, the above listed information must also be provided electronically, unless you request the response in a different format.

If you believe that the actions or failure to act by the Company violate your rights or legal requirements, you have the right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority - the State Data Protection Inspectorate.
